Deposit 

There is a deposit fee to secure spot on most services, this fee goes towards your service amount, except for no show.  If a no show has been determined than deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a total charge of the deposit fee $25.  No-show reservations are subject to paying Fifty percent of service cost upfront in order to secure spot.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Gratuities

For your convenience Meelahs Hair Design accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card for your technician.
